Job Details Salary: From $2,924 to $3,182 per month Job Type: Full Time Location: Glendora, CA 91740 Position Summary As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will perform oil changes, lubrication services, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections on vehicles. You will maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and professionalism while supporting shop operations efficiently. Primary Duties Perform lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspection services accurately. Identify additional vehicle service needs and communicate findings to management and customers. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and ensure a safe, organized work area following OSHA and EPA guidelines. Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to promote a positive work environment. Follow company policies and complete tasks assigned by management. Workplace Integrity Exhibit a positive attitude, professionalism, and ethical behavior. Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. Keep the work area clean and safe at all times. Work Environment and Physical Requirements This full-time role operates in a shop environment with exposure to weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. Job Requirement:Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice. Valid driver's license with a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards. Local state inspection license is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work under shop conditions involving noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and weather. Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and operate tools with hands and fingers. Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Good vision with ability to focus close up and at a distance. Ability to safely operate equipment and move vehicles. Core Competencies Leadership: Ethical behavior and team support.
