Role Overview :

The Seasonal Tax Document Worker prepares incoming tax documents for additional processing. Work is done with excellent accuracy, customer focus, and commitment to Indiana taxpayers. Duties are assigned according to the processing area.

Salary :

This position starts at $22.00 per hour.

A Day in the Life : Mailroom :

• Sort incoming mail. This may include using a sorting machine.
• Open mail and prepare documents, coupons, and currency for processing.
• Determine tax type and route according to procedures.
• Transport documents and return to the imaging area.
