• Adherence to First United Policies and Procedures
• Complete all required compliance exams on an annual basis
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 3–5 years in the banking or financial services sector
• Strong understanding of banking P&L, balance sheet, capital, and regulatory reporting
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Well-developed leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn, analyze, interpret, and make decisions using ideas and mental constructs. Can choose a Strategy from multiple ambiguous choices and adapts to reality.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
• Experience leading within a matrix organizational structure and cultivating a “Team of Teams” dynamic.
• Ability to learn, analyze, interpret, and make decisions using ideas and mental constructs. Can choose a Strategy from multiple ambiguous choices and adapts to reality
