Inventory Control Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of distribution orders, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Apply Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of responsibility.
• Demonstrate the company's mission and values.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Pick, pack, and ship distribution orders requiring a basic skill level.
• Screen shipments for unauthorized devices in accordance with TSA requirements.
• Execute distribution and warehouse system transactions.
• Process all orders according to the priority set by the Distribution Leader / Supervisor.
• Verify proper storage conditions and temperature monitoring of shipments.
• Load couriers' trucks using pallet jacks.
• Identify opportunities to improve overall quality and efficiency.
• Engage in daily management and 5S on a daily basis.
• Ensure that inventory is properly and safely stored.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security, and neatness.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
