What You'll Do

• Accurately complete data entry projects
• Compile and track accounting information and documents
• Prepare financial documents for processing which may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing card transactions, and / or time entry
• Record and properly classify financial transactions in accounting system
• Communicate and confirm information with the appropriate business leaders
• Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems
• Run reports as required
• Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
