Strategic Business Development Leader
The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) team is looking for a Strategic Business Development Leader to drive strategy and execution for special access programs within the U.S. Department of Defense business. If you like to innovate to meet mission needs, we'd like to meet you. Your work will help the Department of Defense with modernization and transformation for the mission. Key job responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for special access programs, building and driving a robust pipeline specific to DoD special access program use cases, collaborating with industry partners to create holistic solutions for defense customers, engaging internal teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and solutions architecture to deliver comprehensive cloud-enabled capabilities for special access programs, and representing the company as a thought leader in the special access program space, shaping industry conversations, and influencing key stakeholders. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS / SCI security clearance.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
