At The Learning Experience (Mount Pleasant), we believe strong curriculum and instructional practices are core to impact. Were hiring a Curriculum Specialist / Instructional Lead to partner with early childhood teachers and leadership to ensure excellence in instruction across classrooms.

What Youll Do

Oversee curriculum execution, alignment, and quality across all age groups

Train, mentor, and coach teaching staff in instructional strategies, assessments, and best practices

Observe classrooms, provide feedback, and guide continuous improvement

Analyze child progress data and develop action plans

Develop or refine learning resources, lesson plans, scope & sequence

Plan and deliver professional development and training sessions

Engage with families about curriculum and share learning outcomes

What You Bring

Strong background in early childhood education, curriculum, or instructional coaching

Experience coaching teachers or leading instructional improvement

Ability to interpret data and convert into actionable steps

Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills

Degree in Early Childhood, Education, Curriculum, or related
