The provider will see 15-22 patients per day in 20-minute appointments, primarily adults (18+). Candidates must be BC / BE in FM or IM, with a 3-6 week credentialing timeframe and at least one COVID vaccine required. Spanish and / or Haitian Creole language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
