We’re hiring an Entry-level Inside Sales Assistant for our Manvel, TX. area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB :

• Job Title : Entry-Level Inside Sales Assistant
• Location : Manvel, TX
• Pay : $16 / hr.-$18 / hr.
• Hours : M-F 8am-5pm
• Duration : Temp-to-Hire
• Description of Duties : Provide administrative support to the inside sales team; heavy data entry of sales orders, quotes and proposals; Maintain and update customer records; Provide customer service via phone and email; Other duties as assigned
• Requirements : Minimum 2 years of office experience; Excellent communication and multitasking skills; Must be detail-oriented, organized, and a team player with a proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn QuickBooks required. Bilingual is a plus.
