SUMMARY

Partner is seeking a full-time Zoning Analyst to prepare Zoning Reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in report writing within jurisdictions across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

• Prepare Zoning Reports
• Compose correspondences and directly communicate with municipalities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and all versions of Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with Google Earth and GIS Mapping applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in preparing Zoning Reports

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen

Compensation:

Salary range: $45,000-$50,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role

The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
