Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health RN with recent Oasis and HCHB experience to provide geriatric patient care across a wide territory.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a Home Health setting serving geriatric patients
  • Average daily caseload of 5-7 patients, to be confirmed during interview
  • EMR system used : HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
  • Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00-17 : 00
  • On-call rotation required every 3rd to 4th weekend
  • Territory may cover up to a 60-mile radius from the office
  • Mileage is reimbursed according to IRS standard rate
  • iPad is provided for documentation
  • Responsibilities include case management, patient assessments, and coordination of home-based care
  • Scrubs required; any color acceptable, but jeans are not permitted
  • First-time travelers are accepted for this position
  • Local candidates are welcome and offered the travel rate
  • Must participate in on-call rotation
  • RTO (requests for time off) must be stated at the time of application

    • \n \n Requirements\n

  • Active WI or compact RN license in hand
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health nursing experience required
  • Oasis experience required for Start of Care responsibilities
  • Proficient with HCHB EMR
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to provide timely documentation and communication
  • Flexibility to work throughout the designated territory
