Job Title : SAS / SQL Analytics Consultant

Duration : 6 Months (Will Extend)

Interview : 30-minute video interview quick hire

Project Background

This team handles customer remediation efforts impacting :

  • Credit Card
  • Rewards
  • Personal Lines & Loans (PLL)

    • Due to increased remediation volume, multiple hires are needed.

    What the Consultant Does

  • Work with the business to understand issues
  • Identify required datasets and fields
  • Pull data from Teradata & Oracle
  • Perform joins, merges, filters, inclusions / exclusions
  • Build SAS / SQL code from scratch
  • Document the entire process clearly for review partners

    • Required Day-to-Day Breakdown

  • 70% Data work : SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL, Teradata
  • 30% Documentation : Explain what they did, why they did it
  • Must be strong in joins & merges in SAS
  • Must be able to write SAS & SQL independently
  • Must communicate clearly with reviewers

    • Nice to Have

  • Background in Credit Cards / Rewards / PLL
  • Strong Teradata experience

    • Locations (Hybrid Required)

    Phoenix, Des Moines, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Charlotte, San Antonio, Dallas

    In this contingent resource assignment, you may :

  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Analytics.
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Analytics business solutions.
  • Strategically engage with client personnel on complex issues.
