About The Position

Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, is seeking a RN for their Cardiac Neuro (Stroke Unit) located in Lake Monroe, FL. They are looking for a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in their patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

Job Requirements

1 year of recent Acute Care Med-Surg / Tele RN experience required (acute rehab experience may be considered if comfortable working in a stroke unit)

Current Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation if compact)

Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree (BSN preferred)

NIH Stroke Scale certification

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Strong teamwork, positive outlook, and willingness to learn

Benefits

Shifts : Days or Nights (rotating weekends)

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) / $15,000 (Nights)

Shift Differentials : $4.50 Nights / $1.50 Weekends
