Join a collaborative anesthesia team in Jackson, MI providing high-quality care across a broad patient demographic—from pediatrics to geriatrics. This is a supervised hospital-based role at a Level II Trauma Center with no call responsibilities.

🔍 Position Overview

📍 Location : Jackson, MI 49201

🧑‍⚕️ Profession : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

📅 Start Date : As soon as credentialed

🕒 Schedule :

Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week

No call required

🏥 Setting : Hospital | Level II Trauma

📈 Case Volume : ~50 cases / day

👥 Team Model : Supervised CRNA under anesthesiologist direction

🗂 EMR : Epic

🛠 Procedures & Responsibilities

✅ General surgical anesthesia (adult & pediatric)

✅ Neurosurgical cases

✅ Spinal anesthesia

✅ Local infiltration

✅ Ventilation & respiratory monitoring

✅ Emergency response & intubation as needed

✅ Continuous perioperative care

✅ Full documentation in Epic

✅ Rotating OR assignments based on team needs

💬 Important Details

Operate in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

CRNA practices under supervision – no independent practice

Preference for full-time providers, but part-time may be considered

📑 Requirements

✅ Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)

✅ Active Michigan License

✅ BLS & ACLS (AHA only)

✅ PALS

✅ Minimum 1 year CRNA experience

✅ No new grads or job gaps

✅ Clean background

⏳ Credentialing Timeline : 60–120 days
