Job description

Virtual Therapist – Licensed LPC / LMFT / LICSW

Location : West Virginia

Compensation : $100,000 – $110,000 per year

Hours : Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

About the Role :

This fully remote position supports licensed professionals looking to provide consistent therapy services to individuals across West Virginia. You'll work independently within a structured telehealth model, performing evaluations, delivering therapy, and monitoring outcomes.

Duties :

  • Conduct intake assessments and identify treatment priorities
  • Deliver virtual therapy to a diverse caseload of clients
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Coordinate care and consult with other professionals when required
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with clinical standards

Requirements

  • Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
  • Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings
  • Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively
  • Organized, responsive, and clinically focused
