Overview
The Sr. Program Manager (Government Affairs) is responsible for managing CHLA's government relations engagement with elected officials, agencies, and administrative bodies, with emphasis on state, county, and local government entities. This role monitors legislative, regulatory, and administrative proposals at all levels of government, analyzes their potential impact on CHLA's operations, providers, patients, and families, and assesses proposed policy positions for alignment with CHLA's broader strategic objectives and policy agenda. The Program Manager, Sr. drives proactive engagement to advance CHLA's priorities and ensures the organization's mission and values are effectively represented in policy discussions. Knowledge of California's Medi-Cal program and related policy issues is critical. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, coalition partners, and trade associations to strengthen CHLA's presence across the governmental landscape.

$88,962.00-$152,506.00
CHLA values the contribution each team member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on factors including education and experience.
