PHYSICAL THERAPIST PT

MUST BE A GRADUATE OF AN ACCREDITED PHYSICAL THERAPY PROGRAM AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST PT, HAVE TAKEN THE NPTE EXAM OR ELIGIBLE TO TAKE IT AS A NEW GRADUATE PT AND HAVE A STATE LICENSE TO PRACTICE AS ONE OR ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR ONE.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
• Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Experience with long-term care and / or geriatric care is preferred but not required if you are a new graduate of an accredited PT Program.
