Join Achilles Home Health, the trusted provider of inhome care since 2000, known for compassionate, highquality services right in patients' homes. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll be supported by one-on-one training and 24 / 7 clinical staff support to deliver exceptional care.
What You'll Do As An LPN
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes - administer meds, follow care plans
- Collaborate with families, case managers, and physicians
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance
- Foster dignity, respect, and compassionate care in every visit
