Our client is a global leader in the climate control industry, renowned for over a century of innovation in heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration solutions. They are a US-based manufacturer committed to quality, reliability, and sustainability, operating a vast network dedicated to delivering comfort and efficiency to residential and commercial customers.

salary : $40 - $50 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : Bachelors

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

This role is focused on execution and driving internal process change, not external rate negotiations.

• Gain deep operational knowledge of how the new division currently manages its transportation work.
• Drive savings initiatives by partnering closely with the division's warehouse teams and buyers.
• Identify and execute productivity opportunities within the existing logistics workflow.
• Lead the integration of all geographic logistics (US national, regional, and international) encompassing LTL, Small Package, Ocean, and some TL freight modes.
• Interact regularly with internal partners (Operations Managers, Buying / Sourcing teams) and executive teams to report progress and drive alignment.
