Occupational Therapist Part Time or Contract

Location :   8603 Broadway Street, Suite 170, TX 77584

Hours / Schedule :   Create a schedule that works for you!  Approximately 10-20 hours / wk.  Evening and weekend hours are preferred (3pm to close and weekends).  Part-time and Contractor options available.

Salary :

Part Time OTR - $31-$38 / hour depending on experience

Contractor - OTR : $45 / hour treatment (billed in 15-minute increments);  $55 / hour treament (billed in 15-minute increments) on Saturday 3pm-6pm and all day Sundays;   $70 per evaluation
