Responsibilities
We're looking for an eCommerce Customer Experience Manager to shape and execute online strategies, with a focus on driving revenue through promotions and marketing campaigns. Key duties include analyzing data to optimize the user experience, and coordinating digital marketing channels to increase traffic, conversion, and overall sales. This role requires strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices.
Key responsibilities
Strategy and planning : Develop and execute an online marketing and sales strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives.Promotions management : Create and manage promotional campaigns, sales events, and pricing strategies to drive purchase intent.Data analysis : Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and site analytics to identify trends and inform data-driven decisions.Digital marketing : Coordinate digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, social media, SMS, and email marketing campaigns.User experience : Manage site experiences, A / B testing, and optimization tools to improve usability, enhance engagement and drive performance.Collaboration : Work with other departments, such as Marketing & Merchandising, to align on promotions, personalization, and testing initiatives.Performance tracking : Track key performance indicators (KPIs), customer data, and emerging trends to identify insights, experience improvements, and new growth opportunities.Vendor Management : Oversee vendor relationships to maximize account management and platform value.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or three to five years related ecommerce experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe AnalyticsIn-depth knowledge of ecommerce analytics, including emerging trendsAnalytical problem-solving skillsTransferring brand objectives into creative strategies and executionsExperience working with UX / Digital Creative teamsAbility to adjust in a fast-paced and creative environmentWorks well under pressure and timelinesExcellent organizational skills and extremely detail orientedTeam player with a positive 'can-do' attitude, strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsComfortable working with a wide variety of products and trendsThe pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Pay Range
$90,000 - $110,000
