RN or LPN Private Duty 7pm - 7am •Immediate Need •

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized, high-quality care in a private duty setting. This position involves working 12-hour overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am, delivering healthcare services in the comfort of a client’s home. Trach and J tube experience required. Short term as patient is on hospice services.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Provide comprehensive care including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and overseeing treatment plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort by adhering to best practices and safety protocols.
• Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to relevant healthcare professionals.
• Engage with clients to promote physical and emotional wellness.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all state and federal regulations.
• Qualifications :
• Valid RN or LPN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in home healthcare or private duty nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
• Working Conditions :
• Overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am.
• Work performed in a home setting, requiring adaptability to different environments.
• May require lifting or assisting mobility-impaired clients.
