Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… ​

To join our team as a Field Supervisor. With general guidance from management and in accordance with organization goals, values and norms, providing direction on activities, behaviors and performance, and motivating team members. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Reports to upper management on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Understands customer and program requirements. Provides internal and external presentations on program offerings and savings acquisition initiatives. ​

Responsibilities :

Manages a team of 5-8 Residential Account Managers.

Develops and monitors performance standards to ensure client goals and program requirements are met.

Develops goals for Field Staff, provides training and coaching for skill and service consistency, and administers corrective actions and performance improvement plans as needed.

Ensures high standards are established and maintained regarding site visit data completion, quality and timeliness.

Responds to complex inquiries and resolves escalated worksite or customer service issues. Provides exemplary service to all constituents.

Responsible for the review and assignment of incoming leads.

Stays current on the latest Program initiatives, policies, procedures, etc.

Will be focused on development of current offerings such as Attached Low Rise buildings, Expedited Contractor Referrals, and Turnkey Services.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in residential construction / trades, energy efficiency, consulting

1 year of management preferred

BPI Certification required

Target compensation…

75,600.00 - $82,000 based on experience.

Compensation Range

75,600.00 - $113,400.00
