Global Product Manager, Connectivity

The Global Product Manager, Connectivity, will be responsible for overseeing the utilization strategy, development, marketing and performance of the TTM (Targeted Temperature Management) EMR & Data Connectivity platform ensuring adoption and success on a worldwide scale.

This person will manage all aspects of product life cycle and will be responsible for driving seamless implementation and integration of our connectivity offerings in collaboration with various internal and external collaborators with the goal of delivering EMR benefit solutions.

Key responsibilities include :

• Maintaining strong relationships with executive collaborators to ensure alignment and proactive communication on EMR initiatives
• Finding opportunities to determine where we should invest resources for EMR-related capabilities
• Refining end-to-end workflows for the internal sales team as well as end users
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (internal and customers) to implement scalable solutions that enhance provider experience
• Coordination and monitoring / driving completion of projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of various connectivity software applications
• Identifying and driving prioritized product enhancements, strategic positioning, as well as the development of go-to-market strategies for various regions while maintaining brand consistency and integrity
• Providing strategic vision and direction to the research and development team throughout product lifecycle
• Managing product launches and the product development process to ensure alignment with strategic goals and deadlines
• Developing effective marketing strategies, training programs and promotional materials in accordance with sales goals / needs
• Collaborating with sales teams and internal collaborators to ensure product profitability
• Identifying and developing pilot sites as well as Key Opinion Leaders
• Researching market trends, user needs, and competitors to inform product requirements and critical initiatives
• Ensuring the sales / field teams have everything they need to drive the successful utilization of TTM Connectivity in their respective territories / regions
• Ability to travel required (up to 30%)
