THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking a Senior Product Manager,
AI Content Discovery to define and build critical experiences that
will help the right users find the right content at the right time.
As part of the Content Discovery team, which encompasses Search,
Personalization and Browse, you will leverage AI technologies to
connect listeners with content they love. Your mission will be to
build features that delight every Audible member by making content
discovery intuitive, effortless, and compelling.

As a Senior
Product Manager, AI Content Discovery, you will...
Define and execute the roadmap with clearly articulated and
well-measured goals, contributing to the worldwide Content
Discovery product strategy
strategies to enhance personalized content discovery experiences,
leveraging AI and machine learning techniques to connect users with
relevant content based on their unique preferences and behaviors
innovations in GenAI technology and implementing them in content
discovery experiences
collaboration with engineering, data science, and UX teams to
create discovery experiences that are meaningful, delightful, and
driven by advanced AI algorithms.
science teams to evaluate AI / ML models choices and determine
tradeoffs between performance and efficiency
implement personalization features that empower customers to shape
their experience, connecting them with content they'll love

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative / technical field such as
computer science, engineering, statistics
experience in consumer product management, with 1+ year in complex
organizations
testing and experimentation
design teams to improve the user experience for customer facing
products / features
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
consumer-facing machine learning oriented product management role
and their applications in customer-facing experiences
Experience implementing AI / ML solutions for search, browse, or
content recommendation features
streaming / media / entertainment industry experience (books, music,
movies, etc.)
benefits and limitations of various AI / ML models
data analytics and interpretation skills
with rapid prototyping of AI-driven features and conducting A / B

Our compensation reflects the cost of
labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this
position ranges from $136,100 / year in our lowest geographic market
up to $235,200 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based
on a number of factors including market location and may vary
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon
