Radiology Technologist Job Details Position Type : Travel Radiology Technologist, On-Site Location : Bozeman, Montana (zip 59715) – Montana healthcare jobs Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 5 / 2025 – End : 2 / 4 / 2026) Shift : Overnight, week on / week off Shift Duration : 12-hour nights Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay : $1930 - $2080 per week Specialties : Diagnostic Radiology, CT, MRI, Dexa, Vascular Imaging Unit : Radiologic Technologist Travel Requirement : Must live at least 90 miles from facility Radiology Technologist Qualifications Graduate of a Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited Radiology program or equivalent Montana Radiology Technologist License American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), R.T.(R) American Heart Association BLS (must obtain within three months of hire) Minimum 1 year of radiology experience (clinical internship experience may be considered) Competency in advanced imaging techniques : fluoroscopic / C-Arm in the OR, trauma, portable radiography Ability to lift and support up to 50 pounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule Radiology Technologist Responsibilities Perform radiographic exams as requested by healthcare providers Conduct fluoroscopic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with radiology providers Assist with ultrasound-guided paracentesis, thoracentesis, and arthrocentesis Educate patients on procedure preparation and post-care Support radiology nursing with fluoroscopically guided PICC placements Perform c-arm fluoroscopy exams in the OR for surgeons Complete documentation for interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams Maintain proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures Retrieve written orders and related health information Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives Educate radiography students, new hires, and fellow technologists Adhere to safety protocols for bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, and infectious diseases Why Choose Bozeman, Montana?
