Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their well-being.
• Monitor and record clients' vital signs and health status as instructed by healthcare professionals.
• Help clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair and assisting with walking.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Administer medication and ensure clients adhere to their prescribed health plan as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to report any changes in clients' health or needs.
