Partner with initiative managers to establish cross-initiative enablers and design plans to address roadblocks

Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to senior leadership, providing actionable insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm

8+ years of relevant experience with career progression

Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach

Proven experience in complex programmatic change leadership

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
