Salary Range : Up to $95,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our nonprofit organization in North Nashville. This role is essential to maintaining the financial health and transparency of our mission-driven work.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager :

• Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with budgeting and grant reporting
• Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations
• Support annual audits and 990 preparation
