Location : Gainesville, VA or Irving, TX

Summary :

As a Project Coordinator, you will be a member of Project Team(s) as assigned, providing support to Project Manager(s), peers, and Project Team(s). Responsible for facilitating project execution plans by completing tasks and other duties as assigned by Project Manager or Install Department Managers. The Project Coordinator provides expanded visibility to the Project Manager of the day-to-day activities of active installation projects.

What You'll Do :

• Project Preparation :

Assemble and ship installation packets; including but not limited to the following : site survey documents, installation guidelines, wiring diagrams, site layouts, labor contract, sign off sheets, user training guides.

Create the work order for Field Resources.

Channel communications effectively at all levels between multiple groups and stakeholders both internal and external to the company.

What You'll Need :

Being able to keep the volume of projects and tracking at different stages to provide information.

Able to communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders and present yourself well.
