Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include :

  • Responding promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage.
  • Evaluating and performing restoration activities including water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
  • Loading, inventorying, and maintaining work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
  • Communicating safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
  • Maintaining open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
  • Performing restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying, and site clean-up.

    • Position Requirements

    To be considered for this position, you should have :

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
  • IICRC certification is a plus.

    • Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies

    You should be able to :

  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects.
  • Work with / around cleaning agents.
