This role emphasizes social media strategy and copywriting, with a focus on amplifying the achievements of internal teams and fostering employee pride.
- Craft and deliver impactful social media copy to highlight corporate initiatives and employee achievements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop content strategies that align with corporate responsibility, public relations, and internal communications.
- Identify and amplify employee-driven imperatives, such as Employee Resource Groups and corporate citizenship initiatives.
- Build strong internal partnerships to bring innovative ideas to life through coordinated efforts.
- Conduct discovery processes to uncover stories worth sharing, including interviews and content creation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and CXO content to introduce fresh ideas and best practices.
- Utilize performance analytics to refine strategies and enhance content reach.
Qualifications :
