Job descriptionPre-set, high-quality appointments from trained in-house setters Partnerships with top installation contractors fast, clean installs Consistent marketing support & lead flow no door-knocking needed Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses Strong leadership, ongoing training, and real upward mobility A winning, high-performance team culture Minimum 1 year of closing experience in solar (or 2+ in high-ticket sales) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Solid understanding of solar proposals, finance options, and customer objections Professional, coachable, and motivated by performance Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport Ability to work on-site in Hollywood, CA Close pre-set residential solar appointments Walk homeowners through custom solar proposals and financing Maintain a high close rate and client satisfaction Collaborate with setters and operations for seamless install flow Represent HousBuildrs with integrity and confidence
