Coach and support a small group of students / clients at worksites Assist with transportation to and from job locations Teach job-related tasks and positive workplace social skills Collect onsite skills and behavior data Stand for extended periods and work both indoors / outdoors as needed Create job task analyses to support learning and success What You Bring : High school diploma Experience or knowledge supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities Flexible schedule including some weekends Valid Ohio driver’s license + auto insurance (per requirements) Willingness and ability to transport clients Current CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Pass background checks (BCI / FBI), controlled substance test & TB Test Work Environment : Every day brings something new—classrooms, clinics, community sites, and more! SALARY RANGE :
- $15.50–$22.02 / hr
- Salary range depends on related experience, credentials, education, and regular use of a second language in your role.
