Director of Digital Identity

A company is looking for a Director of Digital Identity responsible for managing the implementation and operation of the enterprise Identity & Trust program.

Key Responsibilities

Execute enterprise IAM and CIAM strategies and align identity initiatives with organizational priorities

Manage delivery and daily operations of IAM / CIAM platforms, ensuring compliance and enhancing user experience

Provide regular updates on identity risk and program performance to senior leadership and lead incident response efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT, with 7+ years focused on IAM / CIAM

5+ years leading technical teams and managing projects in identity / security

Hands-on expertise with IAM / CIAM platforms and technologies, including SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication

Relevant certifications (e.g., CIAM, CISSP, CISM) are a plus
