Cross-Marketing Senior Associate - Card Partnerships Marketing

The Cross-Marketing Senior Associate will be an integral part of our Card Partnerships Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing. They will serve as a catalyst for cross-marketing both partnership and broader enterprise Capital One products across internal channels. A successful candidate will have a solid foundational marketing background coupled with strong relationship management, organizational skills, and a problem solving mindset.

Responsibilities :

• Lead cross marketing execution
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and launch marketing intent, including Creative, Segmentation, Analytics, Legal, Operations, Product, Tech and client through various channels and other internal platforms.
• Drive and execute marketing strategies for new, innovative multi-channel campaigns across owned channels.
• Leverage insights & performance results to identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs via creative testing or adopting new marketing technologies.
• Write clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans and strategies, driving continued performance and optimization against KPIs across channels.
• Merchandize and socialize marketing & business results with broader stakeholder groups across the Partnerships, Card, and Enterprise through data-backed storytelling.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL : $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Associate, Marketing

McLean, VA : $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Associate, Marketing

Richmond, VA : $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Associate, Marketing

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
