Job descriptionManage renewals, remarketing, endorsements, claims, audits, billing, and cancellations Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through expert client consultation Act as a liaison with the COI Outsourcing Team and provide guidance to junior staff Use agency management systems (EPIC preferred) to maintain accurate records and workflows Support the sales team through RFPs, stewardship reports, and post-renewal management 5+ years of experience in Commercial P&C insurance account management Solid understanding of primary and ancillary commercial coverages Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance Familiar with underwriting, rating, and market placement strategies Real Estate experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Applied EPIC experience preferred Detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (significant experience may substitute) Professional designations (CIC, CISR, etc.) a plus
