Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by engaging both customers and associates.
- Ensure every team member embodies our core values, delivering a positive, friendly, and memorable customer experience.
- Train, develop, and inspire employees to foster a fun, respectful, and productive environment.
- Maintain store cleanliness, accurate signage and pricing, fully stocked shelves, effective floor and merchandising plans, and a professional team appearance.
- Act as a coach and resource to support each employee’s success and store performance.
- Ensure all associates are trained in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Execute effective staffing based on customer patterns, sales data, and service needs.
- Address and resolve associate complaints promptly and constructively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills
High school diploma required.Proven experience in driving sales and achieving targets.Retail management experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Customer-focused with a passion for outstanding service.Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and extended shifts (10+ hours / day).Proficient with MS Office and retail software systems.Ability to lift, push, or pull over 45 lbs.Work Environment
