Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney specializing in Real Estate and Labor Law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support our clients through effective legal counsel and representation in various real estate and labor-related matters, while also contributing to litigation efforts as needed.

Billables requirement is 2000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to real estate, construction, and labor law matters.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate and labor law issues.
  • Manage cases from inception through trial, including research, drafting pleadings, and discovery.
  • Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate and labor law.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex commercial litigation cases.
  • Represent clients in court and administrative hearings as required.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in real estate, labor law, and construction matters.
  • Strong understanding of construction law principles is preferred.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
