Hybrid role - 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote
Job Description : Project Reason :
- Support high volumes of e-waste processing and offsite storage cleanup before the company split.
Notes :
This will be a 4.5-month contract, starting in mid-May to backfill an FTE leaving for maternity leave.Required to be on a hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH.Duties :
Collaborate as a trusted advisor and business partner within the Real Estate and other Operations team, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teamsManage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to, expense, headcount and capital management, forecast, monthly re-commit, variance analysis, monthly close and management reportingConsolidate and provide input and analysis on key expense trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracyConduct qualitative analysis to trend present and future operational performancePrepare executive presentations to review results and forecasts with management and business partnersSupport ad hoc initiatives and business casesSkills :
Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partnerAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively across different functions, managing aggressive deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong financial analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills are a mustTeam focused with excellent interpersonal skillsSystems and tools skills required : SmartView, Oracle Cloud, Excel and other Microsoft Suite ApplicationsRequired
