Qualifications
Degree : MD or DO.
Certifications : Board Certified / Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care.
Licensure : Active license or eligible to obtain one.
Experience : Training in pulmonary / critical care required; sleep medicine experience preferred but completely optional.
