Digital Media Solutions Architect

Insight Global is looking for a Digital Media Solutions Architect specializing in Media and Entertainment to design and optimize our Client Portals OTT / LMS functionality. This role will focus on integrating advanced media technologies, ensuring scalable, secure, and engaging experiences for our clients and prospects worldwide, while leveraging cloud-based solutions and AI-driven innovations.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect and optimize the OTT / LMS platform using cloud-native technologies, including Salesforce Stack (Experience Cloud, Personalize, DC), Azure services for media and entertainment.

Design scalable systems to handle live streaming for 100K+ concurrent users with adaptive media delivery and cloud-based content delivery networks.

Develop secure, role-based authentication mechanisms integrating with enterprise identity providers like Okta and Auth.

Enable content personalization by leveraging AI / ML technologies and data analytics platforms like Salesforce Personalize & Data Cloud.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to implement advanced analytics and reporting features using cloud-based business intelligence tools.

Ensure global usability through localization, responsive design, and headless CMS architecture.

Maintain a modular, API-first architecture to support new content types and extensibility.

Oversee compliance with international privacy regulations and internal standards.

• Experience with serverless architectures and containerization technologies (e. g., AWS Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data lakes and big data analytics platforms for user behavior analysis.
• Knowledge of low-latency streaming technologies and protocols (e. g., WebRTC, DASH, HLS).
• Understanding of edge computing for improved content delivery and reduced latency.
• Experience with cloud-native CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.

5+ years of experience in architecture and design for digital and OTT platforms in the media and entertainment industry.

Expertise in cloud-based media delivery and management using services like Experience Cloud, Media Hub Like Kaltura / Vimeo, Azure Media Services

Strong knowledge of AI / ML technologies for content personalization and recommendation engines.

Proven experience designing scalable platforms to support 100K+ concurrent users on cloud infrastructure.

Deep understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and cloud security protocols.
