We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts across our digital sales ecosystem, helping prospective buyers fall in love with their future home while empowering our sales teams with intuitive, high-performing tools.

This role will drive the UX and visual design for a portfolio of impactful products, including :

• Smart QR code experiences that connect buyers to communities.
• Interactive digital sales presentations used by our sales team.
• Beautiful, conversion-optimized digital brochures.
• Lead capture flows that surface the right home to the right buyer.
• Internal dashboards and workflows that benefit from AI-enhanced automation and insights.

You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, and analytics experts to deliver elegant solutions that elevate the customer journey and make internal tools easier to use. General Overview of Compensation & Benefits

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $107,400.00 - $134,200, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor / living, etc.), and operational considerations.
