AAIM Employers' Association is looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Peoria, IL. This role is all about building relationships, uncovering business needs, and connecting organizations with AAIM's full suite of HR services and solutions.
The Account Executive is an outside sales role that uses a consultative, value-based approach to both acquire new members and engage an existing book of business. You'll serve as a subject matter expert on AAIM's offerings and stay informed on industry best practices, trends, and changes - sharing that knowledge with prospective and current members.

This is a full-time exempt role (M–F, 8–5, with some flexibility). Expect about 10–20% travel across Central IL and St. Louis, MO - because the best connections still happen face-to-face.
Pay Range : $75,000 to $115,000 (Base plus Commission)
