Job Description

Lead and support finance transition initiatives across regional and global teams. Document and improve existing finance processes to support operational alignment. Facilitate knowledge transfer between teams and ensure continuity during change. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and geographies to drive project success. Identify gaps and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability. Support integration efforts and ensure alignment with broader transformation goals. Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple workstreams. Provide hands-on support in ERP systems and financial reporting tools as needed.

The Successful Applicant

CPA certification and a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, or project-based consulting. Proven success leading transition or integration projects in complex environments. Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle R12 preferred or equivalent). Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial data. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
