About the Role :
We are seeking a U.S.-based Nursing Pedagogy & Program Development Specialist to design, refine, and support the approval and delivery of state-regulated nursing programs across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
In this role, you will work closely with U.S. nursing leadership, faculty, compliance professionals, and product / engineering teams to build programs that are academically strong, regulator-ready, and operationally scalable.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of nursing education, regulatory compliance, instructional design, and learning technology.
1. Program Design & Development
Design, refine, and continuously improve CNA, LVN / LPN, and ADN curricula for multiple U.S. states.
Translate state board and regulatory requirements into clear, instructionally sound course structures.
Develop learning objectives, syllabi, lesson plans, simulation activities, assessments, and competency frameworks.
Ensure curricula align with adult learning theory, competency-based education, and clinical readiness.
2. Regulatory & Compliance Support
Support preparation of materials for state approvals, program applications, amendments, and renewals.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure alignment with :
Hour and credit requirements
Content and scope-of-practice standards
Clinical and skills lab expectations
Documentation and audit-readiness standards
Assist in responding to regulator feedback and implementing required program revisions.
3. Collaboration With Faculty & Internal Teams
Work closely with Nursing Directors, Clinical Instructors, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure instructional quality and consistency.
Partner with product and engineering teams to translate pedagogical requirements into effective LMS and learning workflows.
Serve as a bridge between academic vision, regulatory reality, and operational execution.
4. Technology-Enabled Learning & AI Integration
Lead pedagogical strategy for online, hybrid, and simulation-supported learning environments.
Contribute to the design of :
Adaptive learning pathways
Skills validation and assessment logic
Clinical reasoning scenarios and simulations
AI-supported tutoring and feedback mechanisms
Ensure all technology-enabled instruction remains compliant with regulatory and accreditation expectations.
5. Continuous Quality Improvement
Review student outcomes, engagement data, clinical feedback, and faculty input to improve curriculum effectiveness.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on :
Student retention and completion
NCLEX and certification readiness
Instructional consistency across cohorts and states
Benchmark programs against leading U.S. nursing education standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications :
Master’s degree or higher in Nursing, Health Sciences, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of U.S. nursing education structures, competency-based learning, and clinical training models.
Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or academic program development.
Comfort working with educational technology, LMS platforms, and digital content tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work consistently within PST business hours (7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM PT).
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience developing or supporting CNA, LVN / LPN, ADN, or allied health programs.
Familiarity with state nursing boards, workforce agencies, or program approval processes.
Experience with online or hybrid program delivery.
Exposure to data-informed instructional improvement or learning analytics.
