The Business Planning & Operations Lead is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for maximizing performance through analytics, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. We are seeking a Central Planning Lead with solid experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects. This role is responsible for project management across key sales initiatives, ensuring efficient execution of sales engagements in close collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners.

This role is critical to the Business Planning & Operations team, focusing on driving operational efficiency and strategic execution across sales initiatives. A key responsibility is supporting the execution of sales engagements in close partnership with sales and cross-functional teams, playing a crucial role in the go-to-market launch for wearable product.

Years of experience needed : 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business planning, operations, project management or similar roles.

Project Management : Proven ability to lead complex projects, develop and execute detailed project plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration to successful outcomes.

Stakeholder Management : Strong skills in engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in, and facilitating effective communication across teams.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Experience establishing and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Project Management : Drive standardization and continuous improvement in sales engagement cadences, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, including : defining goals and deliverables, developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies

Operational Efficiency : Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business

Cross-functional Collaboration : Build effective relationships and drive alignment across multiple cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent cross-channel experience across segments

Executive Communications : Develop and deliver executive-level communications that effectively roll up individual project status, performance metrics, and key issues into a comprehensive portfolio view, enabling informed decision-making and strategic guidance

Performance Measurement and Optimization : Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of individual projects, track progress against goals, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.

Leading and managing projects and coordinating with sales teams and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and progress.

Monitoring project milestones, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.

Preparing and delivering executive-level updates on project status and performance metrics.
