Vehicle Exchange Specialist With Rallye Bmw

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is seeking a Vehicle Exchange Specialist with Rallye BMW. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their customer service experience to engage with a luxury client base, and be a part of an outstanding team!

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :

• Identify service drive opportunities to sales department.
• Monitor clients who have any of the following : over mileage, lease maturity, contract ending, or equity and warranty expiration, and maintain contact via email, phone and utilizing CRM, Infobahn and Mastermind.
• Work as a liaison between service and sales to turn service drive opportunities into new sales for the dealership.
• Work cooperatively with both service and sales staff.
• Establish needs and benefit analysis for clients potential trade-in vehicles.

PAY RANGE : $47K - $60K (Range consists of hourly plus commission).
