We have an opening for an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our corporate offices located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike. If you are motivated, dedicated, and looking to make your next position your home, we would love to hear from you!

Primary Duties :

• Maintain and enforce policies and procedures for internal control compliance.
• Review and process invoices for payment including coding to the general ledger.
• Prepare journal entries & reconcile balance sheet accounts for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Maintain paper and electronic working files in an organized manner.
• Prepare financial & operational reports for senior management review.

Perform various ad hoc tasks as assigned by members of the management staff.
