  • Being highly motivated to grow opportunities and align targets as a strategic partner to your customers.

  • Setting / delivering sales targets for assigned customers.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success in this role.
  • Account responsibilities to be matched with experience level.

To succeed you must hold :

  • Bachelor or a Master's degree in Business / Marketing and / or a relevant technical area.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant job experience, preferably in chemical or biochemical sciences.
  • Account management skills, demonstrated sales pipeline management skills.
  • High level of customer ownership and industry focus.
  • Willingness to work in industrial scale, field-based environment.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and competitive threats and develop action plans to deliver / mitigate.
  • Ability to travel (on average) 50% of the time.
  • Location : This job will be located in the Midwest, USA. Application deadline : November 21, 2025. Expected salary range : $100,000 - $145,000 base + 25% target bonus (based on experience). Benefits you will enjoy :
